And while Symple Nature wants you to be completely and perfectly satisfied, in the event that you are not or our product(s) didn't work for you, we are pleased to offer a no questions asked, 60-day money back guarantee from the date you ordered your product(s), minus any shipping and handling fees. We'd love to know why you weren't satisfied, but only if you are willing to tell us. Otherwise, it's a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return.
We just require you to return the unused portion of the product or the empty bottle within 60 days of purchase.
Regarding AutoShip Returns: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee only on your most recent AutoShip Order and only if returned within 30 days of being charged, excluding Shipping & Handling. This pertains ONLY to our Monthly AutoShip Customers.
Here's How It Works.
Contact Customer Support
Email us at support@symplenature.com. We will reply back and provide you with a return address to ship the product back to, along with instructions on what to include with your package. Unfortunately we cannot honor refunds without the original box/bottle. We do our best to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
Return Unused Portion Of The Product (Or Empty Bottle)
Next, return the unused portion of the product (or empty bottle) along with the original invoice that came with the product itself. You should have received this via email when you ordered. If you no longer have this invoice, please include your full name on a piece of paper with your package.
Return Shipping Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Customer
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we must receive the product within the 60 day time frame to qualify for the refund. We recommend that you get a tracking or delivery confirmation number when shipping back your order.
We process refund requests 3-5 days upon receiving your package in our warehouse. After we process the refund, it can take 10-14 business days to appear back on your credit card/bank statement.
Please note that if you are sending back an empty box/bottle, adequate time must have passed for you to have used this product using the instructions for dosing provided. We do our best to offer a fair return and refund policy, so we hope you will be fair with us as well.
